The lovely new B and B owners in the Promenade in Llandudno used a spoon to secure the breakfast menu cards from blowing away.

Quite a few cafes I have been in seem to use the numbered wooden spoon method to indicate table/order number...and it seems to work well. This one is a the organic farm shop in Shipbrook Road. (a pleasant walk from our house).

Very inventive cyclist who had lost his hands and feet to frost bite, adapted his bike with a cut off serving spoon to rest his arm and two marmite lids on the pedals with magnetic clips.
