101 uses for a truck
This is the best thing I have EVER seen, gallopers being built for the Victorian fair in Llandudno. They use the truck as the platform and shelter ... the truck contains everything for the galloper apart from the steam engine and organ, all other parts are beautifully stored in order..each bit in the right place for seamless construction. Perfection.

This is true. Hazel was totally enthralled and had to be dragged away after an hour of watching this . I enjoyed it too but was so tired after a day of walking round North Wales! Here's a good film of another merry-go-round being dismantled in much the same way - HERE.
