Spotted outside Manchester Piccadilly station today. Cyclists seem a very resourceful bunch..as these couple of improvised baskets illustrate. Also a bonus plastic bag seat cover.Sadly the people of Manchester seem to have found another use for the baskets... as rubbish bins!
